Can anyone throw a bit of light on this car?
A friend of mine has recently purchased it, and I will be restoring it for him. Originally purchased from Eggenberger by Neville Crichton, it was raced at the 1987 Nissan Mobil 500 (January) by Crichton and Soper, and I read somewhere it may have done one or two rounds of the ATCC in early 1987, with possibly Denny Hulme at the wheel? Then purchassed by Mark Petch, converted into an RS500 for 1988/89, and then into a Sports Sedan, which is the condition it remains today.

Any pics or information of it would be greatly appreciated.

There was an Xr4ti run at Bathurst 86. I would think it would be the same one but not sure. It would be mentioned in the yearbook. Have some footage of it in the wellington street race in '87 if you want a copy.

I think the 86 Bathurst car was the RHD Rouse one, I do not think Mr Crichton owned this car.
I would love a copy of the 1987 Wellington race if you have it! Happy to pay for it, or swap for copies of some of the later Wellington races if you like?:)
